There is an opening reception on Sat Feb 9 (6-9pm); extended hours during the Thur Feb 14 Downtown Art Walk (12-9pm); and a closing reception — with live painting — on Sat Mar 1 (6-9pm).
Not all of us choose to celebrate the upcoming Hallmark holiday with champagne and chocolate-covered strawberries by a roaring fireplace. Case in point: gallery/boutique Crewest Gallery examines the bitterness hidden in this lovers' day with a group exhibition featuring less-than-traditionally romantic graffiti, illustration, and mischievous art by the likes of Everett Ching, Brezo, and Lolita Gunslinger.
