Note:
An opening reception takes place on Sat Feb 9 (6-9pm).
If legendary photographer Diane Arbus' images of nudist camps, mental institutions, and creepy-looking twins are your cup of tea, then Sideshow is right up your alley. The exhibition displays 27 of Arbus' images taken at Hubert's Museum, an old-world New York institution featuring a freak show (including the three-eyed "Man From World War Zero") and the last working flea circus in America. It's sure to provoke Hollywoodlanders to sip wine and, in hushed tones, discuss Arbus' untimely suicide in the context of her twisted, curious mind.
