Music: Rock/Pop Bad Religion

What do an evolutionary biology PhD, the owner of Epitaph Records, and the guitarist from the Circle Jerks have in common? They make up half of the six-piece cerebral-punk crew known as Bad Religion. First bursting onto the LA scene in 1980, these demigods are credited with significantly steering the direction of American punk music over the last three decades. And with a discography including 14 studio albums, two EPs, three compilation albums, one live recording, and two DVDs, they don't show any signs of letting up. This evening, Bad Religion hit the House of Blues in Hollywood as part of a 15-show tour through SoCal.
