Tonight's Give Me Shelter benefit is the first for the Teen Project, an Orange County initiative that gets youths off the streets with transitional housing and supportive "drop-in" centers for non-committal transient teens. On the bill are local classical iconoclasts the Section Quartet, former Non Blonde Linda Perry, and the evening's pièce de résistance: Camp Freddy, a supergroup in the classic mold featuring Jane's Addiction's Dave Navarro, Stephen Perkins, and Chris Chaney, the Cult's Billy Morrison, and a few yet-to-be-announced surprise guests.
