A self-described "cheeky DJ," Mr. Scruff is the Spike Jonze of the electronic-music world. He's most famous for his take on Moondog in "Get a Move On," but he's also known for his eclectic taste and frequent mentions of foodstuffs and sea life in his songs. Beyond the music, Scruff's off-kilter approach also comes to life in his cartoonish drawings.
