Philadelphia's frenetic pop weirdos Enon come to Spaceland tonight. Last year's Grass Geysers... Carbon Clouds, the power trio's first album of new material in four years, is a continuation of the scrappy guitar work, catchy bass lines, and oddball electronic noise that catapulted Enon to the indie upper crust with 2002's High Society. Grass Geysers was the second release of 2007 for drummer Matt Schulz, who also pounds the skins for the experimental electronic group Holy Fuck. Starting off the night are local bands Mellowdrone and AAnchors AAweigh.
