The British are coming! But this time there's no need to run for cover, as the Cool Britannia crowd of expats and Anglophiles celebrates the UK's cultural contributions with a fortnight of events, including concerts by Duran Duran and Kate Nash and a celebrity soccer — sorry, football — match hosted by the LA Galaxy (maybe Becks will be off the bench for this one). A full slate of pub crawls, screenings, and tours stretches from the Valley to the OC as the Brits turn LA into the colony it never was.
