In the last three decades, the annual Ottawa International Animation Festival has grown up. The festival now attracts visionary animators and enthusiasts from around the world, screening shorts that veer from narrative to experimental, comedic to quasi-documentary, art-house to fun-house, and hand-drawn to high-tech.
