Music: Rock/Pop The Last Check Yo' Ponytail Ever

Check Yo' Ponytail has hosted worldwide DJs from Justice to Spank Rock, MSTRKRFT to VHS or Beta, Datarock to the Teddybears. Tonight, it keeps the good stuff going with Baltimore-based Rye Rye, who drops all-homegirl, rap-studded electro, hot on the heels of her debut Coachella appearance. Costa Mesa's Acid Girls open with mind-numbing speed house; Bloomington, Indiana's Totally Michael play sweet 'n chewy bubblegum pop; and resident DJs Franki Chan and Paparazzi spin with video accompaniment by Demonbabies. However, this is also sadly the last CYP, so you might as well wear black. Ponytail, we hardly knew ye.
