Aurélia Thierrée stars in a circus-theatre spectacle of retro, sideshow-style wonderment. Thierrée's parents invented Le Cirque Bonjour, which is credited as the catalyst for the "new cirque" movement and forerunner of troupes like Cirque du Soleil; in fact, her mother, Victoria Thierrée Chaplin (daughter of Charlie Chaplin), is responsible for this gravity-defying production. Performed to gypsy jazz and chamber music, Aurélia's Oratorio features a kite flying a girl, a transforming hourglass, and snow falling on giant puppets — in other words, magic.
