When you think of Hawaii, hard-driving power balladry isn't typically the first thing that comes to mind. That is, unless you've been turned on to Makana, the best-selling, wickedly charming guitar hero from Honolulu. The Cream and Credence-influenced island rocker plays tonight's late show at the Temple Bar. You'll need a separate ticket (worth it) to check out the early show, in which indie-soul siren Estelle takes the stage with help from host John Legend for a full set of the UK-based chart-topper's uniquely romantic R&B.
