Music: DJ SoulSlam LA3: Prince vs Michael Jackson feat. DJ Spinna

New York's DJ Spinna has made a name for himself producing and remixing cuts for marquee artists such as Mary J. Blige and Eminem, but he may be even better known for his love of Stevie Wonder. After releasing the remixed tribute CD Wonder of Stevie (2003), he went on to host WONDER-Full™ club performances dedicated entirely to the singer/songwriter, everywhere from New York to Japan. Tonight Spinna hits the decks to celebrate two other music legends in SoulSlam: Prince vs Michael Jackson. In this special four-hour set at the Echoplex, Spinna throws on classics by both artists, as well as tracks from Janet Jackson, the Time, Sheila E, and others.
