Gran Ronde continue their Tuesday residency with another night of tight, dark atmospherics and guitar hooks that both salute and decapitate their Brit-pop forebears. Openers Castaneda combine new-wave synths with dreamy, melodic riffs that make love and longing easy to dance to; their self-titled EP has been getting plentiful love from Indie 103.1 recently, and with good reason.
