A fave of ubiquitous Morning Becomes Eclectic host Nic Harcourt (not to mention viewers of a slew of random NBC shows), Meiko tows the line between Swedish twee poppers, Feist, and old-school Lisa Loeb. It's a precarious balance, but when Meiko hits it, her poppy folk ditties land with cool reserve and carefully corked emotion, hinting at a wellspring of feeling below.
