LA-based spoken-word artist Rich Ferguson has been diligently chipping away at the wall between poetry and rock 'n roll with his volcanic, decibel-intensive material for some time, but now that he's working with guitar-wielding "musical mayhemist" Paul Garrison, the demolition should go a lot quicker. Together, they go by the moniker Nightlight Jesus, and tonight is their last LA gig before they appear at NYC's Fringe Festival later this month in support of Ferguson's recently released disc, Where I Come From.
