Toots is a legend, and, although you don't need to catch a live show to understand this (just have a listen to anything from the Specials and the Clash to the Easy Star All-Stars and, uh, Sublime), onstage is where the reggae/ska star shines, especially when that stage perches at the breezy edge of the Pacific Ocean. While he's advancing in age, he's still quite the showman, sweating and dancing like a gospel preacher through classics like "Pressure Drop" and "54-46 That's My Number."
