Pappy and Harriet's Palace says…

Camper Van Beethoven have long been one of America's most undervalued bands, known for "Take the Skinheads Bowling" and, tragically, not much else. At the fourth annual Campout at Pappy and Harriet's, the full range of CVB's diverse jangle pop and bluegrass rockage is on display, along with sets by Cracker (with whom CVB share singer/songwriter David Lowery), Built to Spill and Quasi. Pioneertown's spaghetti-Western movie set, narrowly spared by recent fires, plays the perfect host to this unique event, so come for a night or two, soak up some desert vibes, and drink beer out of a jar.
