Santa Barbara's West Beach undergoes a Coachella-by-the-sea makeover featuring four stages and at least ten DJs. The three-day get-together showcases the stylin' dub of Global Noize, the party-startin' George Clinton, the always kind Ziggy Marley, the darling Jesca Hoop, and the young duke of folk rock, Jackie Greene. San Francisco's Poor Man's Whiskey perform Dark Side of the Moonshine, a twanged-out rendition of the iconic Pink Floyd album. An added bonus is that parents don't need to book a babysitter — this fest has a stage just for kids.
