For the past year, this traveling exhibition has showcased artists and graphic designers who were asked to apply their experience with commercial printmaking processes to the creation of more traditional fine-art prints. The show's title is a term used to describe a mis-registered color plate, suggesting that these experimental pieces could be regarded as mistakes. Artists include Rory Wilson, Andy Mueller, Evan Hecox, Michael Cina, and Michael Young; each contributes editions of one print made by combining techniques such as block printing, etching, and lithography with more unconventional strategies.
