Venture into the shabby-chic underground for a night of festive mayhem courtesy of LA's own urban circus freaks, Lucent Dossier, who update old-school carny acts with a sexy, modern twist. Every other Wednesday night, the posh, nostalgically appointed Edison loosens its tie and welcomes the unpredictable alt-vaudeville troupe for a bewitching circus show that boggles even the Absinthe-free mind with burlesque, trapeze, and magic — all closer to Baz Luhrmann's Moulin Rouge than the big top you dreamed of joining as a child.

and by the way, they are spectacular.
They aren't there again, just so you all know. They will be at Coachella in the Do Lab's area called the Lucent Misting Oasis http://coachella.com with their big water show/musical! They perform their big shows every year at festivals all over the world, it's the most magical thing. So no Edison. Sad. But big show at Coachella. Happy.
