The Eagle Rock Music Fest, produced by Center for the Arts Eagle Rock, features a lineup of over 40 musical acts. Lovely loudmouths No Age headline and local favorites such as Happy Hollows, Pocahaunted, and the French Semester perform, in addition to electro-tinged party-starters like Peanut Butter Wolf, Patrick Park, and Free the Robots. Between these stars and not-to-be-missed buzz bands (like Alaskan Summer with their light-as-air edgy bubblegum electro pop), the festival covers the full spectrum from indie rock to hip-hop, punk, and beyond. Wander the streets, go shopping, or slip into local restaurants for coffee or cocktails in between acts; you'll have no trouble with ins and outs, as this is one of the few remaining free festivals in town.
