Experience the Mystical Arts of Tibet by the famed multiphonic (zok-kay) singers of Drepung Loseling Monastery. Robed in magnificent costumes and playing traditional Tibetan instruments, the Loseling Monks perform ancient temple music and dance for world healing. In a tapestry of instrumental and vocal sounds, the Loseling Monks take you on a journey to spiritual enlightenment. From their Snow Lion Dance to the Dance of the Skeleton Lords, the Loseling Monks will catapult you into a divine world that can be felt as much as heard.
World City Features internationally renowned artists in admission-free performances on select Saturdays at the W.M. Keck Foundation Children's Ampitheatre at Walt Disney Concert Hall.
To compliment the performances, the Music Center offers pre- and post-family workshops in the adjacent Blue Ribbon garden.
All tickets are free and are distributed on Grand Avenue at 2nd Street. Tickets for 11:00am performance distributed beginning at 10:00am. Tickets for 12:30pm performance distributed beginning at 11:00am.
