“This Halloween, Walt Disney Concert Hall screens the silent vampire horror gem, Nosferatu, complete with live organ accompaniment. Shot in 1921, the German Expressionist film is an unauthorized adaptation of Bram Stoker's Dracula, with German actor Maximilian "Max" Schreck starring in the lead role of "Count Orlok." Tonight's screening includes live music courtesy of seasoned organist Clark Wilson, whose music has appeared on seven albums, and whose technical expertise on the organ has garnered numerous accolades, including Organist of the Year from the American Theatre Organ Society.
