Los Angeles Premiere! THE SECRET IN THEIR EYES (EL SECRETO DE SUS OJOS), 2009, Latido, 120 min. Dir. Juan Jose Campanella. Benjamin, a retired court employee, decides to write a book about an old rape/murder case that he believes wasn't properly solved. He becomes determined to find the real culprit and reopen the case - a complicated and thrilling quest that director Juan Jose Campanella depicts with a style that effortlessly juggles romance, comedy, suspense and political commentary. Argentine actress, singer and political activist Nacha Guevara will host the opening night of the series. Reception following in the Egyptian courtyard for all ticket buyers.
