Feminality yields the elements expected from an all-lady traveling art show—fierce talents, a range of styles, and a variety of new ways to look at life—with more than a few unexpected surprises. The brainchild of graphic artist/toy company founder, Mike Franco, the show brings the power of these 20 art-world imaginations to Downtown's Hive Gallery, spearheaded by the participation of Tara McPherson, who paints an original on-site mural. Feminality donates part of its proceeds to Hands Up Not Handouts, a mentoring organization benefiting creative women worldwide.
