Quickly becoming a worldwide staple in any major city's nightlife landscape, LA's edition of the monthly Bootie Mashup Bootleg Party has become a celebration where genres meet to blanket Angelenos with dance-heavy beats and rare tunes that demand to be belted out en masse. Their New Year's Eve lineup features Bootie regular, DJ Shyboy, fresh from hitting stages at Bootie San Francisco and the West Beach Music Festival in Santa Barbara. The evening's pageantry also include sets by resident DJ Paul V, mashup maven DJ Axel, a midnight show by the kitschy-cool dance troupe R.A.I.D. (Random Acts of Irreverence Dance), as well as an appearance by mashup duo Purple Crush.
