Mortified travels the nation, inviting grownups to share their most shame-inducing adolescent intimacies with live audiences, and tonight, it returns to King King's stage for a Valentine-themed revue. Part group therapy, part storytelling hilarity, and completely cringe-worthy, Mortified gets extremely personal with its tales of juvenile ardor gone wrong (did it ever go right?). As an added bonus, the all-new Mortified After School Orchestra accompanies the readings with sprightly junior-high rock. The entertaining, all-too-familiar ramblings of hormonal, lovestruck teens can also be found in the organization's recent publication, Mortified: Love Is a Battlefield.
