T.C. Boyle hits Los Feliz's Skylight Books tonight to ham it up about the latest installment in his self-described "egomaniacs of the 20th-century series." After fictional takes on cereal mogul John Harvey Kellogg (The Road to Wellville) and sex cataloguer Alfred Kinsey (The Inner Circle), Boyle turns his attentions to visionary architect Frank Lloyd Wright with his most recent tome, The Women. Known in his time not only for architectural brilliance, but also for myriad romantic dalliances, Wright provided continual fodder for the gossip rags. With The Women, Boyle produces a wellspring of juicy tidbits on the architect's big four: Olgivanna, Maud Miriam, Mamah, and Kitty.
