Like a battle of the bands for short plays, Sacred Fools Theater's Serial Killers pits new playwrights against each other in a violence-free Thunderdome, with results based on audience voting, as in, "five plays enter, three plays leave." The Saturday cage matches feature a coterie of contestants serving up oddball comedies, as well as more moving fare, culminating in May's all-star smackdown. All the plays end in cliffhangers, with the scenes, per the event title, enacted in serial form, and none ever repeat. Track the progress of your favorites as the season proceeds, or become a "serial killer" yourself and vote against the ones you love least when they hit the chopping block.
