Postopolis! takes over the rooftop of the Downtown Standard for a five-day series of confabs about architecture and its related disciplines, including landscaping, design, and urban planning. Inaugurated in 2007 in NYC, Postopolis! — co-organized by the Storefront for Art and Architecture — hits the West Coast in conjunction with the second annual LA Art Weekend, inviting along six brainy bloggers from four continents to host related talks, interviews, and presentations. More than 40 participants from fields as diverse as game design and oceanography join the esteemed Web writers for the scenic celebration of all things architectural.
