Custom Hotel's Eclectech-hosted day-into-night poolside dance party was already a legend. Making the move from Sunday to Saturday to "allow for better times," organizers Wiseacre (Funky in the Middle) and Eduardo Castillo (Eclectech) and hostess Mary DuMont (Philter) invite an international roster of fresh forces in turntable royalty to join them throughout the summer, dropping ridiculous grooves with a decidedly uptempo, Afro- and Latin-boogie flair, to entertain the curious mix of international travelers and beat-fiend locals. On deck for the July 18th series closer: I:Cube (versatile/paris), DJ Lillyanne & Hawkeye (futurehouse, Headinghome), Tony Watson (Mekanic) & Juan Nuñez (Freestyle).
