It sometimes seems that there are more Aussies in LA than in Sydney, so it makes sense to have a dance party that celebrates this influx of our antipodean cousins. Deep Down Under Productions takes over the poolside at the Custom Hotel for a monthly series of Sunday-afternoon dance parties promoting North/South Hemisphere love. With local and newly local favorites on the decks — including DJ Loomer (Bass Ritual), DJ Jamesen Re (DDP, SSU, Melbourne/LA), Rise Up maven Mr. Caparro (16Bit&Beyond/Family Affair), Val Scinto (Pump, Buenos Aires/Miami/LA) and a host of others — it's time to invest in some serious sunscreen.
