Jenny, a trained chef who earned a BA in environmental studies, and Heather, who also works for an environmental nonprofit, offer up a wholesome menu that will leave you feeling healthy and energetic, instead of bloated and blanket-bound. Students learn how to make vegan-friendly, carnivore-seducing seasonal favorites like lemon-and-herb potato salad, meaty tempeh burgers with all the fixins, grilled corn with a chipotle-lime seasoning, and apple-pie milkshakes that even American-flag draped Moms would love.
