Noted aerospace engineer Burt Rutan delivers the keynote address at Car Classic '09, hosted by Pasadena's Art Center College of Design. This year's theme, By Air, Land & Sea, pays tribute to vehicles that "push the boundaries of design," providing visitors with a glimpse into the school's continuously expanding Transportation Design department. The all-day affair features a hundred rare vehicles, from classics, custom cars, and hot rods to aircraft and watercraft. Guests also have the opportunity to wheel and deal with transportation design experts, as well as tour Art Center's cutting-edge studios and galleries.
