The folks at Tee Pee Records promise you something strange and wonderful this holiday weekend — something that will make even die-hard indie punkers and freak-folkers want to stand and salute. America's wildest, weirdest bands have a home at the label (which has nurtured offbeat geniuses from Brian Jonestown Massacre to Ya Ho Wa 13), and this weekend, there's a BBQ to go with them. Nomad hosts an all-day beats and twangs rumble showcasing the best and brightest of Tee Pee's growing roster — an alarming number of whom have animal-themed names.
