Tonight's event is pretty straightforward: an opportunity for members of the melted dairy, fired ceramic, and SoCal kitsch camps to finally find common ground. Heath Ceramics invites the unofficial ambassador of California fabulousness, Charles Phoenix, to fire up toasted comfort food on the back deck, proving that ceramics can be just as beautiful and tempting — if not as delicious — as a three amigos with tomato on sourdough.
