Best known for his work as a cast member on Saturday Night Live (and sometimes referred to as "the guy who does Obama on SNL"), Fred Armisen came to comedy by way of music. While playing drums in the punk band Trenchmouth, Armisen caught the TV bug and landed a role in 2002 as a featured player on SNL. With supporting roles in features like Anchorman: The Legend of Ron Burgundy (2004) and recurring gigs as the voice behind wacky cartoon characters on Adult Swim, Armisen still finds time for standup.
