Whether your biggest problem with taxidermy hunting trophies is their lack of space-age resins or the rarity of significant anatomical mutations, LA sculptor Joshua Levine has the art for you. Made from a mysterious but expertly handled combination of "mixed media," all that is certain is that no forest creatures were harmed in their making. Levine's figures are lovingly crafted variations on nature, featuring color palettes and extraneous body parts not found in the wild — unless you count the wilds of the artist's imagination.
