The word bashment is a Caribbean term used to describe a particularly good party, and it happens to be the name of one of four stages taking over Santa Barbara's West Beach for the third annual West Beach Music and Arts Festival. With acts like Ben Harper, Ozomatli, Bassnectar, G. Love, Shwayze, Pepper, The Bravery and a lineup that reads like a true white-sand beach party, this year's festival is poised to play out like a Coachella-by-the-sea.
