For the 25th year, the Abbot Kinney District Association invites one and all to Abbot Kinney Boulevard for a day of eco-friendly fun and entertainment. Over 150,000 people are expected to cram into the historical main drag of the Venice neighborhood for a variety of activities: live music at four stages, including an indie bill curated by Little Radio; craft and design in the "Connected Green" Lifestyle Area, where participants have the opportunity to construct their own mini terrarium; and a menu compiled by Top Chef star Chris Jacobsen, featuring foods made from local organic products. All proceeds benefit community organizations that aim to improve the quality of life for youth and families in the neighborhood.
