Los Feliz Art and Design District's own home and lifestyle shop, Happy also spotlights local and international artists in a series of revolving art shows. This fall, the space features registered, drawings by Hong Kong-born, LA-raised May Jong, whose renderings of a gated community's logo, a tree by the name of The Lone Cypress®, explore issues of proprietary rights with regards to artistic expression. Happy's project room, meanwhile, screens selections from the Echo Park Film Center's Youth Documentary Film Class project, This is the LA River.
