CREEDLE
Creedle, an avant-jazz-punk-art-damaged band based in San Diego, California was formed in 1992 and released three full length albums on Cargo Music/Headhunter Records in the 1990s along with numerous 7" singles. The band was primarily composed of Devon E. Levins aka Devon Goldberg (guitar/vocals), PieBoy aka Tim Blankenship (bass/vocals), Dr. Gein aka Dion Thurman (drums), Stretch aka Robert Walter (keyboards and samples) and Cheme aka Cochemea Gastelum (saxophone).
UPSILON ACRUX
Upsilon Acrux is an instrumental quintet now residing in Los Angeles, although originally the band is from San Diego County's hotbed for hair metal singers known as Vista, California. The music is not easy to describe but attempts to do so regard it as esoteric, mathematical, athletic, noisy and brutal.
