“Fresh off a grueling European tour with Grizzly Bear and stateside dates with Andrew Bird, St. Vincent (aka Annie Clark) lands at the El Rey tonight to tout her own underrated masterpiece, Actor. The underground New York-based singer/songwriter, who was once a member of Polyphonic Spree, recently received mainstream attention for "Roslyn," her Bon Iver-featured contribution to the Twilight Saga: New Moon Soundtrack. Opening for St. Vincent is Swedish duo Wildbirds & Peacedrums.”
