Critically-acclaimed singer songwriter Devendra Banhart and his band The Grogs perform songs off their latest album What Will We Be, which was released by Reprise Records in October 2009. Critics have equally praised What Will We Be, which Rolling Stone has called "the best [Banhart's] ever made," and The Onion praised as "his most elegantly driven work yet." The New York Times called Banhart a "knowing throwback to California psychedelia and Brazilian tropicalia, and so skillful that nothing seems too studied," while Entertainment Weekly found the singer "more energized than ever."
