“The Cool 5, better known as TC-5, were responsible for the graffiti, fashion, and all-around scene-making that made the NYC outdoor art phenomenon into the global cry of love it became. Revolutions is timed to celebrate the release of Piecebook: Reloaded, a volume dedicated to the rare art of graf legends operating between 1985-2005. Where better than Crewest Gallery to check back in with members of the crew, with a major exhibition of old and new work too big for just one party. Check back after opening night for a Downtown Art Walk reception (3.11), fashion show (3.20), and closing party (3.27).”
