“Drag queen-turned-movie director Joshua Grannell reverts to his drag persona, Peaches Christ, to present All About Evil, a darkly comic, campy horror film that was a favorite at the San Francisco Film Festival. Natasha Lyonne leads the cast, which includes cult icons Cassandra Peterson (AKA Elvira, Mistress of the Dark), and John Waters luminary Mink Stole. Lyonne is a mousy librarian who inherits a movie theater; to keep the theater afloat, she kills actors and screens the results for adoring audiences, who are unaware of the grisly goings-on behind the screen. Mink Stole appears in the pre-show, and Cassandra Peterson participates in an interview and audience Q&A as well.”
