2010 U.S. OPEN OF SURFING is ramping up to a new level this year delivering NINE ACTION-PACKED DAYS OF WORLD-CLASS SURFING, SKATEBOARDING, BMX, FASHION, ART AND MUSIC -- including Weezer, Cold War Kids, Cobra Starship, Switchfoot, Hot Hot Heat, The Soft Pack and more
