Since 1922, the Hollywood Bowl has been the open-air gold-standard mainstay, showcasing world-renowned jazz, classical, and global sounds, along with rock legends, buzz bands, and the occasional fireworks and film sing-alongs. Plus, its old-Hollywood charm persists even through drastic renovations. Picnicking both on the grounds and in the box and bench seats is raised to something of an art form among regulars.
