Fox's Lounge is giving South Miami a break, offering up unbeatable two-for-ones all night to those unwilling to trek all the way to the beach. Shuffle Tuesdays' host Moshe juggles late-night eats, indie films, and funk-infused hip-hop for a crowd that includes UMers, art-school kids, boutique workers,  a few nine-to-fivers relaxing with friends. For whiskey and burgers, there may be no finer place in all of Dade than the venerable Fox's.
