Ian Bagg is a funny guy — a noble quality in a standup comic. After coming up through the club circuit, he's gotten the requisite stamps of approval by Comedy Central's Premium Blend and Conan O'Brien (on whose show he's performed three times), and he'll soon be featured fully erect (as in "standup," not in the dirty way, perv) on HBO. He's at the Improv tonight.
